AR & AP/HR/Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a well rounded individual who has both Administrative and Accounting background. The ideal candidate should possess a good attitude, with a strong can-do mentality. Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited, to the following:

  •   Provide administrative assistance to the designers in the Architecture and Interior Departments
  •   Handle general AP/AR including cash projection and invoicing
  •   Composing and sending memos/emails
  •   General office functions
  •   Ordering supplies & manage office
  •   Personal Assistant to President
  •   General HR functions
  •   Handle various other tasks as directed


  •   Basic elementary knowledge of accounts payable/receiable
  •   Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  •   Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  •   Strong verbal and written communication skills
  •   Detail oriented
  •   Self-motivated and a team player
  •   Experience with MS Word, Excel & Outlook is a must; experience in Design Manager & Photoshop a plus
  •   Procurement experience a plus
  •   Great attitude
